- Okay, time to ask a question that will probably make me look really
- stupid, but oh, well...
- I'm running AmiTCP 2.3 on my 2000, and I'd like to try out the
- AmiTCP 4.0 demo to see if I should buy it. So, I download
- AmiTCP-demo-40.lha, but 'lx,' 'lha,' and 'lz' always tell me that the file
- is a corrupted archive. So, I made sure I'd downloaded it as a binary. I
- tried downloading it from my shell account with ZModem. Didn't work. I
- FTP'd directly from several different Aminet mirrors around the world
- directly to my computer. Didn't work. Can somebody PLEASE help me? This is
- so frustrating.
- I've tried all the standard stuff. I've used old and new versions
- of all the compression programs. I've tried FixLhA. All to no avail. Any
- help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
